OK, I just wanted to lose about 15 pounds for my sister's wedding. I was well on my way, according to the scale yesterday. I had lost 12! Not bad. How is it possible to gain 5 in the middle of the night?
Maybe I'll lose them again sometime later today!
Please never do a crash diet. I know brides want to look their best, but you need to stay healthy so you can enjoy the big day! I just did a "low carb" thing and completely took away snacks and desserts. (I'll make up for it on July 18th at my sister's wedding reception.) BUFFET HERE I COME!
