Pineapple Drop


Yield
Makes 6 cocktails

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups vodka
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Couple of lime wedges
About 1 cup sugar
Fresh pineapple, cut into 3/4-in. chunks
Preparation
1. In a pitcher, mix pineapple juice, vodka, and lime juice, then chill until cold.

2. Rub lime wedges around rims of 6 martini glasses. Pour sugar onto a large plate. Dip rims of glasses in sugar. Divide vodka mixture among glasses. Push a few pineapple chunks onto each skewer and set one in each glass.

Manhattan: Basil Hayden’s Single Barrel Bourbon, sweet vermouth, & bitters

Cosmopolitan: Ketel Citroen, Grand Marnier, Chambord, & cranberry juice

French Kiss: A layered martini of Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, pineapple juice & Chambord

Cable Car: Smirnoff Vodka, Orange Curacao, fresh lemon, a splash of orange juice, & a cinnamon sugar rim

Bananas Foster: Cruzan Vanilla Rum, Crème de Banana, half & half, & Liquor 43. Served with a cinnamon sugar rim

Bellini: Stoli Peachik Vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, fresh lemon, & champagne

Wedding Cake: Smirnoff Vanilla Vodka, pineapple juice, & grenadine. Served with a vanilla sugar rim

X Rated: X-Rated Passion Fruit Liqueur, Smirnoff Vodka, mint, fresh lime, simple syrup, & club soda

Pomegranate: Pearl Pomegranate Vodka, Pomegranate Schnapps, & fresh lemon. Served with a pomegranate sugar rim

Apple: Smirnoff green apple vodka, Rose’s sour apple, & served with a cinnamon sugar rim

Mango: Cruzan Mango Rum, fresh lemon, & a splash or orange juice

Espresso: Smirnoff Vanilla & Starbucks Coffee Liqueur. Served with espresso beans

White grape: Ciroc Snap Frost Vodka & white grape juice. Served with frozen red grapes & a grape sugar rim

Lemon Drop: Smirnoff Citrus Vodka, fresh lemon, & simple syrup. Served with a sugar rim

Metropolitan: Stoli Strasberri Vodka, Chambord, Grand Marnier, & cranberry juice

Tinka Tini: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, ruby red grapefruit juice, & a white sugar rim
